    "content": "Mr. Deputy Speaker, Sir, I listened to the Minister when he was giving his explanation. I believe that if any organization finds a qualified person and he is capable of doing the job that it wants because it wants to generate revenue, then the salary should not be an issue. I know that in this Government, there are Permanent Secretaries who earn more money than the Permanent Secretary, Secretary to the Cabinet and Head of Civil Service. So, the issue of salary is an excuse that should not be raised."
