    "content": "Another point is that if in the eyes of the public it is seen that the process is unfair and it is seen that the man has got the job unfairly, then the Minister is destroying the career of that man. He is destroying the credibility of the man who has been given the job. For the Minister to come here and say that he has a Board which is indecisive, as a Minister, before he goes to hire, what action has he taken as we sit here to make sure that that Board which has taken more than one year to recruit the man to head the Kenya Bureau of Standards (KEBS) has worked? This is because I expect the Minister to take action against that Board."
