    "content": "On a point of order, Mr. Deputy Speaker, Sir. I would like to seek your guidance on a matter of procedure. If a Committee is investigating a matter and the hon. Members of that same Committee are then asking questions that are already showing prejudice, what is the procedure that should be followed? This matter is before the Committee on Equal Opportunities and the same hon. Members are questioning the Minister using the information they have collected and yet they have not finished writing their recommendations. What is the procedure to be followed in this case?"
