    "content": "Thank you, Hon. Temporary Deputy Speaker. I want to add my voice to the debate on the Presidential Speech and welcome Members back to the House after a long one month session with their constituents. I want to squarely dwell on one issue which is really hurting the country. It is the issue of corruption. We can see some efforts being done to make sure we deal with this issue of corruption squarely. But, I want to pick from where Hon. Savula has left. It is high time this House sat down to see how we are going to help the country fight corruption through laws which are applicable. I know the courts have today barred or refused to grant bail, which is clearly a fundamental right enshrined in the Constitution, to the 43 NYS suspects. I know some people will start arguing that the constitutional right of these 43 members is being interfered with.
