    "content": "If we have that one procurement agency and all the procurement is done there, these are people who will be vetted by this House. They will be people of integrity who will not be compromised. The biggest problem in procurement is compromising the procuring agent. We are going to sit down and formulate all these changes. We hope the House will support them once they come here. For the President to show that he is committed, he will assent to them so that we do not have any lacuna when dealing with corruption. I want to say to the Kenyans that we are sorry for the corruption you are seeing daily. We thank the media. Please continue highlighting all of them because we will one day have a calendar of all the corruptions, when they happened and when they were reported to tell our children that we dealt with this cancer in this House.
