"content": "As I communicate this, I am informed that by 1.30 p.m. 5th June 2018, a total of 235 Members had registered and had been issued with the new Chamber cards. From the foregoing, I will allow Members who have not registered in the Biometric System to use the manual register for purposes of recording Chamber attendance this week. However, from Tuesday, 12th June 2018, we will discontinue the use of the manual register. I therefore, urge all those Members who are yet to register with the Biometric System to do so as a matter of urgency. This can be done at the entrance of the Chamber during working hours when the House is not sitting. Thank you. Chief Whip, I saw you struggling."
