    "content": "Thank you, Hon. Speaker, for giving me this opportunity. I begin by passing special condolences to you and your family following the passing on of your dear mother. Hon. Speaker, I would like to support the President’s Speech. I have identified two areas which the President touched on. He highlighted some of his administration’s successes. One is the expansion of infrastructure where a lot has been done. But, he pointed out that his administration has used “The Last Mile” programme to expand access to electricity from 23 per cent in 2013 to 71 per cent this year."
