    "content": "Thank you Hon. Temporary Deputy Speaker for giving me this chance to commend the President for his Speech and talk to a few items on it. Looking at the progress made in fulfilling the international obligations in one of the reports from the President, we are proud that the relationship between Kenya and international organisations has been enhanced. That includes membership to regional and international organisations like the Common Market for Eastern and Southern Africa (COMESA), the Intergovernmental Authority on Development ( IGAD ), the East African Community (EAC), the New Partnership for Africa's Development ( NEPAD) and many others. Being a Member of the House Committee on Regional Integration, I am particularly excited about the progress in the EAC integration.
