    "content": "On electrification, the President indicated that the Government has increased connectivity to 71 per cent of all households, but there is a survey which shows that it is only 58.4 per cent of homes which are connected. I come from Kitui West Constituency where connectivity is very low. Not all schools have been connected. Actually, our connectivity is less than 30 per cent. So, I request the Cabinet Secretary in charge of energy to send his people to find out what is happening not only in Kitui West, but also in other areas. As one of the Members has said, now that there is the handshake, the areas which did not benefit before should now benefit."
