    "content": "There is the East African Community. We thought it would help people living at the borders of neighbouring countries. Today, the Ugandan Government is harassing our people at the Lake and nobody is talking about it. When we talk of insecurity, we should also take care of our Lake. Lake Victoria is a natural resource given to us by God. Each one of us has a right to benefit from that resource. The Ugandan Government has decided to deny Kenyans that right, they are using guns, destroying the properties of Kenyans like boats and nets, they arrest them and our people are languishing in Ugandan jails. Those are the issues that as we shake hands, we also need to protect our fellow Kenyans who are suffering at the borders. It is so serious that our people have lorries…"
