    "content": "On a point of order, Mr. Deputy Speaker, Sir. I stand on a point of order; having referred to the document which the Minister has tabled, which he calls “the ad hoc committee report”. In its conclusion, although it is not signed, it recommends the names of three people at the bottom who are code named KEBS 039, 016 and 019. Out of those three, the name of the person purported to have been appointed does not appear. Is the Minister, therefore, in order to say that he was given five names by the ad hoc committee, whereas the report he has tabled here has three names, and that of the person he purported to appoint is not among them?"
