    "content": "Thank you, Hon. Temporary Deputy Speaker, for giving me this opportunity to contribute to the Budget Estimates. First of all, I want to thank the Committee for the participatory approach they took so that the public can give their view of the budget although they have not taken all of them into consideration. It is a good step and it shows that this country must participate. This Budget has taken into consideration the Big Four Agenda of the President of this country. We want the Big Four Agenda to be taken to the grassroots level so that development across this nation can be felt. I agree with Hon.
