    "content": "When I look at the budget for universities, for instance; universities in the Central Region have been given huge sums of money, in some instances running to billions of shillings. Universities like Masinde Muliro and Kibabii University in western Kenya have been given a mere Kshs30 million and Kshs25 million. A university in Central Kenya has been given Kshs1.4 billion. That is very unfair."
