    "content": "In support of the Motion and also in congratulating the Committee, I must say that the Committee was able to produce a good Report we can debate. Without doubt, it is also of the quality of the Clerks assigned to that Committee. I can see the Vice-Chairperson of the Parliamentary Service Commission (PSC) is here with us. I know she will take note of that. Without good Clerks, a Committee would not do anything."
