On behalf of members of the BAC and as required by Article 221 of the Constitution as well as Section 39(2) of the Public Finance Management Act and Standing Order 235(5), it is my pleasure to present to this House the Committee’s Report on the Estimates of the revenue and expenditure for the Financial Year 2018/2019 and the medium-term for the national Government, Parliament and the Judiciary. The 2018/2019 Budget is the first to be prepared in the second term of the Jubilee administration."
