Members, we will now have the Chairs of Committees contributing and we will do it in an alphabetical manner, starting with the Chairperson of the Departmental Committee on Administration and National Security, who will be followed by the Chairpersons of the Departmental Committee on Agriculture and Livestock; the Departmental Committee on Communication, Information and Innovation - this is for purposes of preparation – the Departmental Committee on Defence and Foreign Relations; the Departmental Committee on Education and Research; the Departmental Committee on Energy; the Departmental Committee on Environment and Natural Resources; the Departmental Committee on Finance and National Planning; the Departmental Committee on Health; the Departmental Committee on Justice and Legal Affairs; the Departmental Committee on Labour and Social Welfare; the Departmental Committee on Lands; the Departmental Committee on Sports, Tourism and Culture; the Departmental Committee on Trade, Industry and Cooperatives; and the Departmental Committee on Transport, Public Works and Housing, in that order. I had promised to give an opportunity to a Member who wanted to make his maiden speech. Unfortunately, he will not be able to do so in the morning.
