I support the Budget Estimates that have come at a time when our security environment is improving from the tensions that characterised the 2017 General Election, though terrorism, juvenile gangs and cattle rustling still pose a major security threat in some areas of our country. I am happy to note that significant resources have been proposed in this Budget towards improving our security environment.
