    "content": "The Committee noted the modernisation of machinery and equipment at the Kenya Meat Commission which is set to stall due to inadequate funding by the Government. The project was allocated Kshs500 million in 2017/2018. However the Department received Kshs125 million out of its allocation and the rest was removed from the Supplementary Estimates.
