    "content": "The Ministry’s medium term expenditure programmes, projects and activities for implementation in Financial Year 2018/2019 include processing and registration of 300,000 title deeds. I would like to comment that about two weeks ago, our Government gave 50,000 title deeds to people in Nairobi County, which is a big step. They look forward to produce 350,000 title deeds for the country. This is why we are saying that it is important to pump more money into titling and registration of land."
