    "content": "There is also development of the land value index. We will table the Land Value Index Bill this afternoon, which is very important. A lot of Government money has been going to compensation. In some cases, the money is almost the level of implementation of the project. When this national Land Value Index Bill is implemented, it will reduce the money that goes to compensation. I talked about the digitisation of land registries earlier. This will give investors confidence in our country, reduce timelines for registering property and protect investors and property owners from fraudulent land transactions which are happening in the country. There is also construction of land registries. For the Ministry to digitise its systems, it needs to construct and renovate buildings. This is also one of the budget lines that require funding."
