    "content": "The Departmental Committee on Sports, Culture and Tourism oversees three spending agencies, which include the Department of Sports, State Department of Heritage and the Ministry of Tourism and Wildlife. Despite challenges of delay in disbursement of funds by the National Treasury, the agencies have recorded good performance. This is attested by the high absorption rates and the reduced number of pending bills therein."
