    "content": "Thank you, Hon. Deputy Speaker. I want to commend Hon. Wamalwa because he has brought a very important issue about the preparedness of the country whenever there is a disaster. We have now lost about 10 Kenyans. I also want to remind Hon. Wamalwa that the same Bible he is quoting, in the Book of Ecclesiastes, it says that there is time and place for everything under the heavens. So, your time was not yet, Hon. Chris Wamalwa. There is need for this country to see how we can have in place a serious management unit in the country so that in case there is such disaster, there is a serious team with all the necessary machinery and equipment. It has taken so long. Even if there were survivors, it would be impossible to rescue them. For them to have taken about 48 hours to locate the aircraft, that was too long. I also want to send my condolences to the families and relatives. Thank you."
