Deputy Speaker, I beg to move: THAT, the Motion be amended by inserting the following words immediately after the word “Schedule”, “subject to any amendments in the Committee of Supply”. This is meant to accommodate any of the issues that may come up within the contributions of Members in the Second Reading Stage. I would like to ask the Member for Ntonyiri to Second."
