    "content": "I want to commend the Budget and Appropriations Committee on the issue of infrastructure and road repairs. The rains which are pounding this country were only seen in the 1960s. There is destruction of infrastructure, whether it is the sewer systems or roads. Every constituency and Member of this House can attest that the destruction of roads is massive. I hope that the sharing of this money to develop infrastructure and repair our roads will be done accordingly and fairly, so that each constituency gets its share of the infrastructure development."
