    "content": "We also note in the Report of the Committee that during public participation there was specific mention of the need to have extension services. As we look at the Big Four Agenda, particularly food security, it is important for us to recognise that we need to ensure we have necessary veterinary and agricultural production extension services so that we have them in semi-arid areas, which currently do not seem to be able to produce sufficient food and veterinary related productions."
