    "content": "Thank you, Hon. Deputy Speaker, for the opportunity to contribute to this important Motion. I commend the work of the Budget and Appropriations Committee not because I am a Member of the Committee but because the Committee worked tirelessly to come up with the best budget so far in this country. We did a lot of consultations at the departmental committee level and with the National Treasury to try and find out why we have delays especially in the release of the Exchequer and that causes delay in project implementation. We also consulted National Treasury on the budget ceilings."
