    "content": "I want to concur with everybody here that as a country we need to work as a team going forward. I know the handshake is there and there are prophets of doom when it comes to it. They should take note that the handshake has seriously taken off and this economy will definitely grow because of this. In any other recurrent budget any movement of money from one department to another should be directed to agriculture so that we can reinforce the Big Four Agenda as laid down by the President and Government."
