    "content": "Hon. Temporary Deputy Chairlady, as I support, we need to look at the procedure. As much as the procedure is right, the two Bills are very close and were discussed at different times. Because they were split, some clauses have been moved. I would like to get a clarification whether before the clauses were moved, they were conclusively canvassed. We may miss a point if they were not discussed in the Energy Bill and they are not really being properly canvassed."
