In the sharing of revenue in Clause 85, five per cent shall go to the community, 20 per cent to the county and the other 75 per cent to the whole country. We also deleted the clause on capping, and we also put in a clause that Parliament shall review the formula for sharing of revenue within 10 years. I can confirm that."
