From my seat, the process of the Committee of the whole House on the Petroleum Bill together with the Energy Bill was done procedurally. I confirm that the Energy Bill, as stated in the Order Paper, was subject to resolution for recommittal of Clause 84. The resolution had already been done and you could hear the Member went on record together with the Chairperson. They had already resolved, so we are not going for recommittal."
