    "content": "Mr. Speaker, Sir, I appeal to the Government to rescind its decision of importing buses from South Africa and, instead, allow local firms to manufacture and assemble them. The initiative will be more cost effective, it will offer employment to Kenyans and it will serve to grow our economy. Further, the Government will be working towards meeting one of its Big Four Agenda; that of growing the manufacturing sector and raising its share of the Gross Domestic Product (GDP) from nine per cent to 15 per cent. I thank you."
