    "content": " Mr. Deputy Speaker, Sir, I beg to reply. (a) In this Financial Year, 2010/2011, my Ministry will undertake detailed design and the costing of Meru sewerage systems. Funds for implementation will be sourced from development partners once the plans are ready. Negotiations with the partners are expected to start next financial year after finalizing the plans. (b) I am aware that Makutano, the upper town of Meru, is not connected to the existing sewerage system. (c) Makutano will be connected to the sewerage system once the proposed expansion of Meru sewerage system is implemented. Thank you, Mr. Deputy Speaker, Sir. I apologise to the hon. Member."
