    "content": "Mr. Deputy Speaker, Sir, hoping that I have heard the Minister correctly, she has assured the people of that area that, unlike the residents of the areas around Ndakaini Dam, the residents of the region will be considered in terms of providing either a line or an additional source of water to cater for them. That is because their area will be the main source of water to the residents of Nairobi, Ongata Rongai and the environs. Could the Minister consider, in her stated surveys and designs, to utilize the water reservoir in generating some power from that dam? That power can then be utilized to serve the people of the region?"
