    "content": "Madam Temporary Chairperson, I beg to move:- THAT Clause 4 of the Bill be amended in the proposed new section 4B (1) by inserting the words “or any other day designated by the Cabinet Secretary in the gazette” immediately after the words “during a public holiday.” The original text that I had proposed was for Kenyans to fly flags during public holidays only. This amendment expands that to any other day that the Cabinet Secretary may designate to fly flags by Kenyans in their residences, private homes and offices. Thank you."
