I would like to assure Kenyans that we are trying to tighten some of these laws to ensure that we not only get highly qualified professionals of either gender – I need to be very careful in making my remarks - be it a woman or man, he or she should be of high integrity and with qualifications within the legal practice. Persons with Disabilities (PWDs) and the marginalized should also be considered."
