One, it is good to note that matters which were deliberated in this House yesterday have passed and they should not be brought back to this House. The Leader of the Majority Party and the Chair of the Budget and Appropriations Committee should declare their interest on this. If they have special interests, let them notify this House so that we can know where to place them. Two, it is good for you to protect me."
