I am so surprised that the Chairman of the BAC has removed money from the feeding programme, which is an enticing issue in pastoralist areas. In most of our schools, students are being encouraged to go to school because of food. Removing money from the feeding programme to another programme will reduce the number of students going to school at an early age. Please, Hon. Chairman, return that money back to the feeding programme."
