    "content": "Thank you, Hon. Temporary Deputy Chairman. I happen to sit in the Departmental Committee on Energy. I beg to support what my Chair, Hon. Kanini, is saying. Indeed if we are in line with the Big Four Agenda which is supposed to be achieved, energy is a very crucial factor in it. Industrialisation, for instance, is not a question of the big towns; we need to get it even in the rural areas. We need to electrify even the rural areas so that we can bring up young industries to help us achieve the dream of this country. As much as I support the amount that has been allocated to this, I still feel that it is far below what is required. Should there be any monies that have been budgeted for by the relevant ministries, it is important that the National Treasury adopts it. I support this allocation.
