    "content": "Thank you, Hon. Temporary Deputy Chairman. Let me take this opportunity to thank the Chairman of the Budget and Appropriations Committee (BAC) for a good work done. Budget-making is not an easy exercise. As it has been voiced, the energy sector needs to be strengthened. A lot of money should be given, particularly to the rural sector to ensure that all the villages are supplied with energy. We should also ensure that the industries are scattered all over the counties. To be able to do this, we need enough energy in the rural areas. Thank you, Hon. Temporary Deputy Chairman."
