    "content": "Mr. Deputy Speaker, Sir, I wish to thank the Rural Electrification Program under the stewardship of the able Minister for the work they have done in the country. However, I would want the Minister to tell us when we are going to get transformers. For instance, in Mutito Constituency, the wire lines have reached Zombe Market, yet transformers in this country are a big problem. Mr. Minister, what is your Ministry doing to ensure that where the lines have reached, the transformers are there for wananchi to get electricity?"
