    "content": "Mr. Deputy Speaker, Sir, it is true that we have not been able to energize very many of the lines that we have constructed in many constituencies in the country. There was a problem with one batch of procurement of the transformers which threw our program back. We are now receiving transformers and we have agreed with the Rural Electrification Authority that by the end of this year, all the completed projects should be energized. We are getting monthly reports on all the projects which are going on."
