    "content": "Mr. Deputy Speaker, Sir, it is true that we had asked for Kshs6 billion this financial year to enable us to continue our rural electrification program, but we only got Kshs3 billion. There is a lot of competition for resources at the Treasury and that is why we were not able to access adequate resources this financial year. But we are still discussing with the Treasury. I am appealing to my colleagues, especially those in the Budget Committee to assist us to access more resources for these important projects."
