    "content": "As we approve their Budget, we need to see proper policies which are restructured in line with the Constitution 2010. That is because they are using very old policies which are not there. The co-operative societies lack strategic plans because they are not under a full-fledged Ministry. This Department needs to give us a strategic plan or development of co-operative societies. Some of them are operating on debts and borrowing bank loans using the security deposit of the farmers."
