    "content": "I want to support this Vote wholly because, if this money is appropriated, the benefits are so many. For example, we will create jobs in the rural areas and reduce rural-urban migration. People come to urban centres and Nairobi to look for jobs. If only we can do more with this budget which is about Kshs6 billion and increase it to create more opportunities for young people in the rural setting, they will not come to the urban centres. We will decongest the cities."
