    "content": "Thank you, Hon. Temporary Deputy Chairman. I rise to support the Vote. There is a reduction of money for industrialisation from Kshs10 billion to Kshs6 billion and yet, this is one of the pillars of the Big Four Agenda. Why do we have to reduce the money from Kshs10 billion to Kshs6 billion and yet, we want to achieve the Big Four Agenda? We need to add value to the food crops we grow and start industries everywhere in the country. Our youth are unemployed and so, we need to create employment for them through creation of industries."
