    "content": "They have also reduced the allocation to standards and business incubation. If we want to industrialise the country, we must invest in incubation and start-ups. That is the trend globally. We cannot keep talking about the Big Four Agenda and, specifically manufacturing, if we do not invest in start-ups and in business incubation. It is contradictory of the Big Four Agenda of the Government. We would rather get money from NYS and put it on the Vote rather than deducting money from the Vote and take it to defence."
