    "content": "I am also saddened that Stegro Sacco Factory in Bomet County was not included. It was a presidential pledge that was made one year ago - that the Government was going to support the farmers in the tea growing sector to complete their factory. They are really waiting for the money. But it is unfortunate that we have not been able to capture it in this vote."
