    "content": "Hon. Temporary Deputy Chairman, I was only trying to emphasise the importance of the leather industry to the pastoralist communities. I also do not want to lose the very important point I was making about protecting existing industries. The East African Portland Cement is threatened with closure because there is a lot of mismanagement. People are losing jobs. The Government needs to protect such old industries that have created employment for our people. I support and would have wished to see more allocation for the industries. Thank you."
