    "content": "Thank you, Hon. Temporary Deputy Chairman. I beg to support the proposal for the simple reason that the Government has invested a lot of money in putting up TVET institutions in different constituencies. We know that in those TVET institutions, special focus is put on what is best for that region. Mine, for instance, is agricultural engineering. I believe that this Budget will support this kind of industry in my area. We need to give our young people opportunities to do businesses. Where else would we be able to grow this, other than through the TVET? I, therefore, support the proposal. Thank you."
