If an accounting officer comes before us to respond to issues raised in the reports and at the same time there is an issue that is in the public domain, we must question him on the issues that are in the public domain as at that particular moment. Therefore, let us be very careful in the way we want to go about the business of this Committee. If we entertain the notion that is being propagated by Hon.
